The Birch Bag: Simple, natural, and sophisticated, the Birch Bag is our ideal project bag, made with soft, sturdy lightweight linen/cotton canvas and packed with clever features designed specifically with fiber artists in mind. Roomy 4-5 skein size (13.5 inches wide, 8 inches tall when standing, with a roomy 5 inch deep gusset) accommodates most projects, but is still compact enough to fit within a larger bag or purse when traveling. Its bigger than it looks inside ;)

The Aspen: Tall, sturdy, and packed with pockets, the Aspen Bag is a perfect cross between our signature Birch Bag and our bigger, take-everywhere Maple Tote. It's a sweater knitter's dream project bag! Generous 7-8 skein size (14 inches wide, 12 inches tall when standing, with a roomy 5 inch deep gusset) accommodates the biggest, coziest projects. The tall but narrow shape keeps it compact enough to fit inside a larger carryall for travel.

The Maple Tote: Our idea of the perfect carry it all bag- room for the biggest, coziest sweater projects, while tons of pockets keep you organized. The beautiful, water-resistant waxed canvas bottom wipes clean, so you never have to worry about where you put your project down when the knitting mood strikes. Zips closed with a lovely, solid metal zipper to keep your project and your valuables secure. Generous 7-8 skein size (16 inches wide, 11 inches tall when standing, with a roomy 6 inch deep gusset) easily accommodates bulky projects, or a smaller project bag (we recommend a Sapling!) and all your daily essentials.

The Sapling: A petite version of our classic Birch Bag, the Sapling has the same clean, natural style with a smaller footprint. Perfect for 1-2 skein size (11.5 inches wide, 6 inches tall when standing, with a 4 inch deep gusset) accommodates most smaller projects, and fits easily within a larger bag or purse when traveling. (It's made for tucking inside an Aspen or Maple Tote!) It's small but surprisingly roomy inside :)

Birch, Sapling, Aspen, and Maple all feature a zippered exterior pocket, and our signature interior magnet snap system that:

-Protects your yarn from zipper snags
-Creates 2-3 yarn guides for colorwork (with no cutting necessary to free your yarn!)
-Creates roomy side pockets to keep larger notions, extra needles, hand cream, etc from getting tangled up in your project
-Keeps your knitting in place with the top open for knitting on the go

 All bags are fully lined with no exposed seams. Made with high quality, sturdy linen/cotton lightweight canvas. The Aspen and Maple are lined with a heavy weight cotton canvas, with waxed canvas bottom. Notions Wallet is lined with premium quality quilting cotton. Zippers and all findings are solid metal with an antiqued brass finish. Spot clean or machine wash and lay flat to dry, iron as needed to smooth and restore shape. Maple Tote should be spot cleaned only. Some shrinking may occur on first washing.
